By accessing and using the Bindaas Bites website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

All products sold by Bindaas Bites are 100% vegetarian, FSSAI certified frozen food items. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
• We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI payments
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability
• You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order

We deliver within Pune and select PIN codes. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Bindaas Bites is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

As our products are frozen foods, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery to maintain cold chain integrity.

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

You agree not to use our website to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Bindaas Bites and Golden Falcon Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
